Imak is a boutique insurance and investment advisory practice based in Parnell, Auckland. Traditionally they acquire leads through list buying. In our engagement in 2021, we used the power of social media to generate leads through Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
In the first two months on an account retainer, we introduced Hubspot marketing automation, streamlined the Imak sales pipeline and introduced digital advertising across Facebook and Instagram campaigns focusing on lead generation.
In 2021 we were engaged to create sales processes for the Imak advisor team through inbound marketing via Hubspot. We sat down with the team to understand their current sales process and design systems that would support their team and retain brand experience quality as we scaled their leads list.
Utilising Hubspot, we used Marketing Professional Hub to build automations and sales pipelines to track in bound leads, and make sure that the conversations were consistent, timely and every lead was communicated with in the same tone of voice to ensure that the brand message was carried throughout their customer journey.
